In this tour visit the world’s largest wetland (20 times the size of the famed Everglades in Florida) with a total area of 210,000 sq km of which 100,000 sq km is in Bolivia and Paraguay and the rest is in Brazil, split between the states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. The Pantanal ecosystem is thought to be home to 1000 bird species, 400 fish species, 300 mammalian species, 480 reptile species and over 9000 different subspecies of invertebrates. Day 1: Pantanal (Mato Grosso)

Upon arrival in Cuiaba, transfer to a hotel in the Transpantaneira Road. Along the way observe birds, caimans, monkeys, etc. We will make a stop at the Pantanal gate entrance for a quick picture. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in and have dinner. more...

Day 3: Pantanal (Mato Grosso)

Another day searching for unique wildlife in the Pantanal ecosystem. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 4: Pantanal (Mato Grosso)

Continue to search for unique wildlife in the Pantanal. Observe unique flora and fauna of the area. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 5: Pantanal (Mato Grosso)

Early departure (6:30 a.m.) to the jaguar national park in Porto Jofre. Upon arrival board a motor boat for a river safari in search of the jaguar and other wildlife. Picnic lunch on board. At 5:30 pm return to Porto Jofre port. Head back to the hote more...

Day 6: Pantanal (Mato Grosso)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take a flight to your next destination. END OF SERVICES.
