Turpial Travel C.A. and its related parties are committed to protecting your privacy. Turpial Travel C.A. will obtain consent by you through written permission via mail, email or fax; verbal permission with a dated notation in your customer file along with the initials staff that recorded the information; and/or third party consent (i.e. from your travel agent).

Turpial Travel C.A. will:
  • Collect personal information in the course of offering and/or providing services to you that we need in order to provide the services you requested. Information we can solicit from you includes: age, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card details, evaluations, comments you provide us, trip destination information, etc. Note: Personal information is not collected unless provided to us. You can visit/browse our website without having to provide any personal information to the company.
  • Use your information to answer your request for further information about our trips, to download a brochure, make a booking, and/or provide you with information about the company and our services. We use e-mail links located on this site to allow you to contact us directly via e-mail or telephone. We use the information provided in your e-mail to respond to your questions or comments. Each time we send you information we will offer you the opportunity to amend your details or decline to receive further information from us.
  • Not sell or lease your details to any other party.
  • Modify this policy in a timely manner when necessary to reflect changes to our Policy. You are obligated to review this Policy from time to time to review these changes. If you receive information from World Expeditions, it is because you have requested it, or a friend / colleague has requested it on your behalf.

Unauthorized access and/or disclosure of client information are strictly prohibited. All of our employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times. Passwords, encryption devices and firewalls protect these databases. Please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be 100% secure. We cannot ensure the security of information you transmit to us over the Internet.

Third Party Partners and Suppliers:

Turpial Travel C.A. will share your information with the outside partners/suppliers (such as guides, travel companies, hotel companies, equipment suppliers, and credit card processing entities etc, who perform services on our behalf. In order to facilitate your booking and in order to provide you with service(s) you have requested, certain information must be provided to these partners/suppliers.
Please be assured that Turpial Travel C.A. and its contracted partners/suppliers will never sell, lease, or trade information about you or your travel information to other parties in the ordinary course of conducting its business. However, if all of the assets of Turpial Travel C.A. were to be sold, your personal information would be among those assets such as your Name, Address and e-mail.
